RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, you can. Please send an email to
info@jackieandthewaves.com stating the reason for your return. We will contact you within two business days at the latest.

IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS:

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt. This means we must have received the product within this period. Returns outside this timeframe unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Please pack the item securely (preferably in the original shipping bag).
The product must be in perfect condition, with all original labels and hangtags still attached.
The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
We are not liable for lost return shipments.
We therefore recommend choosing a shipping method with track & trace.
Sale items cannot be returned.
